Let's take two types of curry seasoning - regular (on the packaging it says “Curry Seasoning”) and spicy (on the packaging it will be indicated that the curry seasoning is spicy, but visually it differs more dark color). Add dried ground ginger, cinnamon, sweet paprika and red pepper (you can add hot if you like). Let's mix everything.





Let's prepare a spicy paste for marinating meat. On a fine grater, grate the peeled ginger root and 2-3 cloves of garlic.







Add 1-1.5 tbsp to the ginger and garlic. spoons of vegetable oil. Mix until you get a viscous, aromatic paste.





Pour the dry spice mixture into the meat. Mix with your hands, rubbing the spices into the pieces of meat. Gradually the meat will turn a reddish-orange color. The soy sauce used in the recipe is dark, but it is not very salty, so we added a little salt to the meat along with the spices.





Add ginger, garlic and vegetable oil paste to the meat. Mix with a spoon or fork. Cover with film and leave the meat to marinate for 15 minutes.







After the meat has stood for 15 minutes, add soy sauce, stir and let the meat stand for another 15 minutes. While the meat is marinating, boil the potatoes for a side dish (or prepare another side dish).





The meat is fried quickly, over high heat in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil. First we heat the frying pan, then pour oil into it, heat it up and add the meat. Mix immediately.





Cook the meat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally so that it cooks evenly. At the same time, fry the boiled potatoes in another frying pan.





Serve the meat in soy sauce hot, accompanied by a side dish of fried potatoes, fresh tomatoes, green peas and herbs. If the meat is spicy, be sure to serve kefir or yogurt to neutralize the spice. Bon appetit!
